Correspondence
We strive to communicate diligently with our referring physicians about their patients. It is our practice to send a letter to the patient’s PCP after initial consultation. If a follow-up visit reveals information that will be of additional clinical importance, a follow-up letter is usually sent. Our correspondence is sent by fax. We have found this to be a very reliable form of communication, but letters sometimes do not get properly transmitted. If you have not received a letter from us about one of your patients, please contact the office.
